Shipping and Delivery
Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. In-stock items usually ships in 1 to 3 working days. Custom made products require a longer turnaround time. Please allow up to 7 working days after shipment date for delivery.
FREE shipping
Most of our items are eligible for FREE shipping. The following restrictions apply:
- Free shipping is valid only for items marked as FREE shipping
- Free shipping orders will be delivered via UPS ground or other such standard methods
- Free shipping is not applicable to express delivery, and truck or freight shipments
- Free shipping is not applicable to regions outside of continental U.S.A
- Automax Styling reserves the right to terminate or change this FREE shipping offer at any time.
Shipping Costs for non-FREE shipping items
The shipping cost of a non- FREE shipping item is displayed under the item price on the product detail page and at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors.
LTL freight items
Some oversized items require truck delivery. These items are not eligible for FREE shipping. Please allow up to 10 working days after shipment date for delivery.
Express delivery
Express delivery is available to select items only. Express delivery is not eligible for FREE shipping. Expressing delivery charges are displayed under the item price on the product detail page and at checkout.
Canadian/international orders
We apologize but Automax Styling does not ship to Canada and other countries outside of continental U.S.A at this time. We also do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories.
Shipping FAQ
What happens if my package is damaged due to shipping and handling?
Before signing off your order from the delivery man, please inspect the package for signs of damage. If the package is severely damaged do not accept the package and do not sign the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately at shipping@automaxstyling.com or call us at 951-530-1876 so that we may initiate a claim and replace your order. Take photos of the damaged package and email them to us.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address from your billing address. Just select the “no” button when you are asked whether billing and shipping address are the same.
Will all of my items arrive at the same time?
Unless your items are all from the same manufacturer, they will not arrive at the same time.
Can I give special delivery instructions?
Unfortunately, we do not accept special delivery instructions. The delivery of the package is at the discretion of the driver.
