Order Tracking Number
Your order’s tracking number is displayed under ‘My Account’. Simply copy the tracking number, and paste it on the shipping courier’s website (UPS/Fedex) to check the status of your order and estimated delivery date. If you don’t see a tracking number under ‘My Account’ that means the item has not shipped yet. Or in some rare cases, the manufacturer who shipped your order did not provide a tracking number.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
We cannot change or cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped. If you receive an invoice or confirmation from us that your order has been processed, then it is too late to change or cancel your order.
You may view the status of your order under ‘My Account’. Processing means your order has been confirmed and we are working hard to get your order out. Shipped means your order has been invoiced, shipped and on its way to you.
Estimated delivery time is shown below the item’s price. Delivery time depends on where the product is shipping from and availability. Please allow additional 3 to 5 business days after the shipment for delivery.
